Ever had something thrown off an over pass at you?

I just fire a couple of preemptive bursts from my sleeper deployed chain guns...

 

Some years ago, 5 maybe, I was northbound up I355 one evening and had a mess of paint balls dropped on to my tractor. I got stopped with out running anyone over and managed to clean a patch of windshield enough to get to the truck wash. Scared the crap out of me. I was instantly blind. And that stuff don't wash off with windshield wipers, just smears. What a mess.

 

On a bit of a twist to this thread, back when I still worked for the county, the wife and I were on vacation. We were headed up to Baker to see my son and DIL. We were pulling our travel trailer on 84, climbing out of the Snake River Canyon. We got passed by a big truck, pulling the hill. (I was driving the speed limit, and he passed us, going uphill.)
I don't know what I did, if anything to piss him off, but we caught a piss bomb on the top of the trailer, near the back. As the truck passed us, the driver layed on the air horn, and the passenger flipped us off.
And then the driver floored it and went on up the road. I'll never know why. smh

I've had two different drivers loose windshields to suicidal Turkeys flying along the N Y Thruway.

Had to data Q the second one as they showed it as an accident on our SMS; The trooper's boss agreed that the turkey's choice of committing suicide by windshield wasn't chargeable...
