Well, I guess i found out the hard way. Been with J.B. for a little over a month and am haveing to look for another company already. Wish i would have found this site earlier. Right now sitting at a flying J's waiting to deliver a load that picked up last night at 2000,(after sitting for 6 hours after dropping a t-call for another driver) that delivers monday morning at 0600, 146 MILES AWAY!!!!!!!!!! just one of the many runs under 200 miles i have been doing as an OTR driver. Was away from the wheel for about 8mths and J.B was one of the first company's that would hire me, so i ran with it, but as i read the posts i am not surprised. oh well, leason learned i guess, ill make sure to do my ivestigateing before choosing the next company, that's for sure. wish me luck.

Two months that's all it took, OTR also, running mostly under 300mi. trips.
Sitting on loading/unloading for 2-8 hrs. (they pay only after 4hrs.).
Beavis managers want you to be up when they get in the office, so they can Pester you with safety and other inane general messages, regardless when your last night ended AND btw they look when the first time the truck was shut down and impose that time as your end of day, even when it was not. Make no mistakes about it, technology is used against you, not for you. Cheapest fuses I ever seen on a truck, burned out on 150watt inverter, they refuse to deal with the issue. My roof leaked in the rain and damaged some stuff, still not sure if repairs were properly done (no I did not drive into trees doing any hedge trimming
).
