Was a great company before getting in bed with kag
Their are no leaders in the organization,they will through the book at you and under the bus.
Their are veterans that have left15, 20,25, year veterans.
Kag has been sold 3-4 times in 10 yrs. 401k company owns it now.
Watch your back,trust no one,record everything.

I would not recommend Tsc for owner ops. We do a lot of sitting and deadhead . They have a central dispatch that's a joke and your not aloud to get a hold of central on your own.

 

@ChicagoJohn this is about right. There is something to be said if I sit at a truck stops and Google every company name that comes through to see if they are better than where I am at

 

I talked to the terminal manager I Joliet last weds. I asked him that exact question, he said I'd only be dealing with the dispatchers in Joliet since I'd be regional or on a dedicated run.

I've heard the same thing before from other guys who run the system.

I did not. I put my notice in, but the dedicated customer was willing to change the schedule to keep me here. Company agreed to no weekends and I'm home most nights now.

 

Does anyone have any info on Klemm out of Greenbay. There offering a weekend warrior position just curious about pay and benefits like how much are they averaging a week for pay and what’s the insurance like and 401 k match would really appreciate some info Thanks

 

Insurance is very expensive. Family of 4 cost 5-600 bucks a month. Curious what their weekend package consists of. You will be stuck on weekends for a long time. Keep looking.
