I think he is saying Conway is no longer on fire.

 

I just want to know where they kept all the old CFI trailers all these years. None too be found one week, next week they're everywhere again. Looks like the same trailers that were on the road when CFI was bought by Conway many years ago. Were they stored somewhere all these many years then put back into service?

And the same for the tractors. Certainly looks like original CFI paintwork on the tractors that show up all the sudden. I can't believe they reworked all the old Conway tractors in that short amount of time.

Kudos to the paint shop for lots of work in very little time. It's like deja vu. I'm expecting to see 500 late 80's early 90's Kenworth "red racers" on the road, any day now -- for the ultimate retro experience.

 

Well said, those look like the same trailers when I first started driving back in 2000. Maybe not the super singles but otherwise the same trailers.

 

From the 2 threads, I kinda got that too. Then again, maybe CFI is "on fire," as in a 'good way!'

Their pay scale looks ok for teams. New drivers split .51 cpm then it graduates up from there.
