A little context, please. Are we talking about a "warranty/recall campaign" to correct a serious defect?
-
I can only guess from the way you phrased it, but in our case it means there is recall for something on your truck, may be programming, but its always no charge.

I was told there was a campaign against my truck. I found out the company is monitoring the truck. Funny thing my record is clean. Could it be they are doing things intentionally to my truck. My bendex goes insane when I am headed home. My OD sometimes shows 130 and I am going 65, my navigo will send me the wrong way then gets on track when I find my way. My air shuts off much sooner than most trucks in the same fleet/company but when I am in the terminal it stays on all night. I am trying to see if that comment means they are messing with my truck.

Appreciate the reply but the shopportunity never turns my truck in for issues unless I bring it in. If I do there is a new problem when I get it back

Man! I think it's in the water! Either that, or the fry sauce. Or maybe it's in the air, and we'll all catch it!
OK, enough of my ribbing you @BigSexy53. I just came off another thread where there's a real fruit loop trying to excuse a mistake, and trying to blame the cops for his screw up. So admittedly, when I read your first post here.....
Anyway, moving on. Have you considered asking someone in your company, just what this is all about. The campaign could be something as simple as a recall. Or possibly they are actually watching your truck as a part of some type of study.
Or, it could be someone rattling your cage, or you pulling our chains.
Whatever it is, before you get to worked up over it, talk to your company. THEN, if needed, get worked up over it.
Most likely you will find a very simple, legitimate explanation. -
A campaign is a repair thing by the manufacturer. It may be published or not published depending on how important it is. Safety related campaigns get published. Other campaigns may be more annoyance related and not published but something may get fixed depending on how much a driver complains about it.
A campaign is different than a recall. -
I think you are right that they are trying to rattle me. The person who told me had a very odd look on his face which made me question this. I think they are doing things electronically to my truck. It goes crazy only when I ask for home time, but the moment I get to a terminal all is gone.
