Ouch. I forget they start you out low.

According to our VP the Easter weekend jammed things up good. Plus some issue with the promasters, and a recall or something holding back orders.

More importantly, my Ops/fleet manager quit. Don't think they've hired a new one yet. So I have no idea whos managing the Phoenix fleet right now.

I've been pulling a box for two weeks. Hopefully I can grab a flat load out of ohio.

Unfortunately my average would just be cheating. Even primarily running supersolo.

I am currently a swift driver and a former western express driver. I can say swift is 100 times better then western. I have s good do that actually cares about his driver's and tries to help out their new guys to do better. Western wanted you to push your hours even if you were dog sick and there was 2ft of snow on the road. Swift won't mark you with a service fail if the weather is bad. Swift may have a bad rap but they are a good company too start at. I hope you have had a good time working for them.

That’s a convenient tool for mega carriers to use to punish drivers, the provisions for which can and do change according to such things as your dispatcher not getting any that morning or somebody in Australia breaking wind the wrong way.

    They do.
Their terminal in GaryIN is their main flatbed terminal. The other ones are GreerSC and PhoenixAZ.

    RedRover and Lepton1 Thank this.
