I remember seeing it in BC like 15 years ago for a while. Haven't seen it since.

Manitoba had bagged milk about 35 years ago. When our kids were small my wife would put them on a toboggan and go to Safeway. She would buy 2 packages of milk( 8 bags ). Back then we only had one vehicle. Oh to be poor again!
