Thanks, I appreciate that. Who knows what will happen, and honestly I have some sleepless night wondering if I'm making the right decision, but sometimes you just have to trust your gut.

Fortune favors the bold! Im sorta in the same boat, but with buying my first truck.
Im almost tempted to try Schneiders bulk of program, but then I remember......I don't exactly see alot of them and the trucks I do see are beat to heck.

Those of you that are leaving watch your last settlement. Schneider locked me out before it was posted & then didn't give me the fuel discount (even though the discount is a joke, it's the principle that I'm supposed to get it) on my last tank of fuel. No, I didn't fill up right before I turned my stuff in. I fueled at the beginning of my last week. Schneider is a shady bunch, don't turn your back.

Don't man, just don't. Not with SNI bulk. You have a specialized talent don't waste it with SNI. @ChicagoJohn

Do not go to SNI bulk. If you want to pull tanks, there are plenty of other outfits you can get experience with and you won't have to work for crap rates.

If you're going to get your own numbers try OOIDA.

I got one from my new carrier. It's about the same price, maybe a couple dollars cheaper. The rest of my insurance got cut by 40%.

Just keep in mind, from what I've heard a lot of brokers & customers don't recognize OOIDA's trucking insurance. I don't know why this is just what I've been told when I was doing my insurance shopping.
