I passed by this accident earlier today. Looks like the truck ran down through the trees in the median and almost made it out the other side.
The cab looked like it was separated from the truck... possible fatality.

where on i-26 were you?
-
Hmm... some reporter I am, huh?
Don't even give a location...
It was about the 175/6 mile marker near Harleyville, SC. -
Did you shoot this while you were driving?
-
Looks that way to me
-
I have a dash mounted cam myself, but I'm can't move it around like that. Just too unsafe in my opinion.
-
It's a Nikon 5600 (tiny)... I had it sitting on the dash and then I picked it up and pointed it in the general direction out the window as I went by. I wasn't looking at what the camera was seeing.
LOL... and it wasn't as if we were going 70 mph... 25 tops. -
And then the party poopers showed up.
-
Ok... so I lied...
I was out standing on the running board, shooting video while I hung my arm in the window to steer. But honest... I didn't have the cruise set even one click over 68.
I slowed the video down in post-edit so that you wouldn't be able to tell I was driving so fast. Then, using fancy video software, I edited the last few frames where you can see the speedometerit says 20 mph... Pretty neat trick huh?
I also edited out the part where I returned fire as the cops tried in vain to shoot me off the running board. I flipped them off, jumped back in through the window and got the hell outta Dodge!
That's my story and I'm stickin' to it.
Wen782 Thanks this. -
At least the truth is finally out.
