    I'm leased to a company full time.
    If I stay within my hours of service can I lease on with another
    company on my day off ????????

    I would imagine only with your own authority, insurance, etc.

    Read your lease. I know that there's a clause in our lease that says that we cannot haul for any other company with out the permission of the company owner first. Doing so would be grounds for immediate termination of lease agreement. And good luck getting the OK. That's something we never even thought about.

    Or negotiate a percentage to the owner for using his authority
