Exactly how did they relax it?

 

They weren't taking students in the past. In fact the ad they released a month or so ago that drew my attention stated " now accepting students". When I looked at them a few years ago they wouldn't take students is what I was told then.

 

They did three years ago.

 

I can only go by what I was told at the time.

 

I have first hand knowledge

 

Are you just trying to start something with me or are just always this way. Because you are basically telling me I don't know what the company told me at the time.
