I drove for a reefer company that required tanker endorsement because I hauled blood back to Tyson.

My thoughts exactly. When I got hired and went thru orientation nothing was said but within a week working there dispatch asked me if I have my tanker endorsement. So I got it and started hauling at least one tanker a day.

You got it, and those totes hold 300-350 gallons each.

Looks like there are two standard sizes, 275 and 330. We must have the 275 since I just looked at one today and the fill line says 250, with some empty room above that in the tank.

Bet it is... one thing i've not done, so I was kinda 'misfit' in my explanation. If it even feels CLOSE to what I do.... I sure understand the necessary endorsements~! Again, many thanks to BD and SS.

Wasnt a tanker type of surge it was more of just a wiggling when I came to a stop. Grossed out around 96,000 if I remember right. That was after I had them pull 6 fullish totes off and put on a couple empty ones to fill the space. Was a little over 103,000 on my first weight. 5x,xxx on the trandum that is only good for 42,500 sense it was only an 8'6 spread.

4 or more of those on one load can and do remind you of their presence. ;)

Ok. I know I've seen them in two sizes with gradations approaching 300 on the smaller ones.
