If I become unsatisfied with Magnum I won't do something stupid and hang around complaining for over a year... that's for sure

 

Got me playing shuttle today in CR with low hours. Supposed to be here for a reset with a load to Columbus del time of 12p Monday. Since Ash left everything has been hit or miss. My load was late because I was short on hours after a 3 hour reload. I brought this up to dispatch the day before. How will this affect my performance?

 

It shouldn't negatively affect you, you notified dispatch and the delay wasn't your fault so you should be fine.

If were solely about my satisfaction, I would have left much earlier. But between my wife's medical needs and the financial drain it had, plus the fact that now matter how bad it gets, I still hope things might turn around...I had to time it right..

As often as one or more of the operations staff took time off, I don't understand why it's such an issue...they should be use to being short handed.
