They saved mine for sure, I called just to ask a few questions and fortunately I'm happy with my company now. They relentlessly called for a few months about joining up. I told em I follow a nerdy chick on YouTube that drives for em and just wanted to see what they had to offer. NOT INTERESTED KYLE! LAYOFF BUDDY! STOP CALLING ME I WILL RUIN YOU.....Click.

The way most recruiters are, I kind of doubt they will even remember talking to you.

As a good example, I applied at Ashley awhile back, went through two interviews and ultimately got turned down. Not sure why, just got a generic email. No bs, the day after I got the you-suck email, another recruiter called me and asked if I wanted to schedule an interview. I politely reminded her that I already interviewed twice and got turned down. I swear I could hear her scratching her head on the other end of the line. Lol.

Ok ,you already created a thread on this.Your tricket is a very steep one I know some violations can get reduced by taking a drivers defense course you might wanna look into that.

I doubt it's an official policy to not hire somebody over something that's NOT on your record. Apply.

Here is the thing... going to the clerk and having her check their system does not mean it won't show up on your actual background check..

Also, 22 miles over the speed limit is considered reckless driving... besides any fines did you have to go through a driving class or were you put on probation...because if you were, that would delay it appearing on your MVR..

Quick run through of how it works... you go to court plead guilty or are found guilty and the court orders you to pay a fine, court costs and may also put you on probation or order you to take a driving class. To give you time to pay your fine, get done with probation or attend a class.. the case is not closed, the judge extends it for 6 months, or even a year if you were put on 12 months probation...

Since the case is open, it will not show on your MVR... but it will come up on a criminal background check as an open or pending case.

This is not meant to be a mini course in the justice system... just a very simple general overview... sort of a schoolhouse rock thing to explain why the OP may not be as free and clear he is thinking he is..

Court did not ask me to speak to a judge I was not put in any probation or scolded in anyway snap or form it was a normal thing I walked up to the window payed it was told have a nice day and walked our with my receipt an option for driving school was offered if I chose to (Which would have took it off) but I didn't care to sit in a class for 8 hours and take a test so I just decided at my own discretion to just pay the ticket in full, reason I was offered driving school is cause my driving record I clean as a whistle so they were trying to help.

I had no court date no need to see a judge and cop just told me to choose from these options if paying it or taking the class and sent me on my way.

And I repeat I went to the same clerk window a day ago and there's no records or past tickets that are coming up for me in their data base.
