Frac sand hauling rates

My husband has been driving for a beer distribution company.
He saw a job offer for frac sand hauling and the job requires one year sand experience, what exactly experience is needed with sand? Please explain..

 

Probably just wanting someone who knows have w to run a blower and unload without stopping it up allthe time. May want them to already have a respirator, gas monitor, and their safeland training as well.
