In this bowl we have our daily red grapes.
G13Tomcat Thanks this. -
Daily apple or orange. Daily russet, no salt. Today is 2 russet cause forgot to thaw a chicken breast or piece of meat.
And that boys and girls is how a nearly 52 year old man pulls a 37 year old GF
, and keeps a 2 year card. Exercises are a must also though. I mean I probably get more than a lot of guys doing all the P/U's & deliveries and washouts. But you gotta exercise. Just walk a few miles.

^^^^ Excellent man, excellent. We LOVE our russets as well, no salt. We rarely use salt on anything. Tonight is sliced Boar's Head turkey and Rhubarb. Yes, fresh rhubarb. Takes a bit of getting used to, but it' actually better than celery. I've really worked on getting healthy myself, in the last few months of the wife picking on my "beer belly," even tho I all but eliminated beer. Good for you, man. Your g/f is younger than my wife, and you are my age; now I'm jealous.

Hay @tucker .... sis-in-law is about 37 and still single; @bzinger hasn't shown up, LoL! -
I've had it, and yes it IS good. However, ANYthing with "taco" in it, tends to cause me "issues" we won't elaborate on. Can't even do Taco Bell on a GOOD day. Ahhhh old age... Oh well ~!!tucker Thanks this.

You can't pick rhubarb in April, it's only edible in months without an R .
I'm definetly going to have to start excercising, at least cardio.
White men in their 40 and 50's are dying ? in droves.
My local obits are full of them,G13Tomcat Thanks this. -
Maybe where YOU are ^^^ ~! Ours runs from April to June here in Ohio. We bought it from the amish; our garden is just NOW going in, as soon as this stint of rain quits.

"Firm, crisp stalks: Look for stalks that are firm, crisp and blemish free. Fresh leaves: If the leaves are attached, be sure they look fresh and not wilted. April through June: Although you can find rhubarb from as early as mid-spring and throughout the summer, prime season runs from April to June."
The "not with an R" thingy is kind of a Wives tale, May June and early July are usually the best, though! It's an "Easter" thing around here, LoL~!
Yeah, I hear you about the Obits. It's almost 2nd to heroin O/D's... people "my age" biting it way too soon, and I don't mean the veggies.
Be safe, stay healthy, guys!tucker Thanks this. -
