It's just too bad that most of the people who drive for Celedon probably won't be able to find employment outside of all the other mega carriers.

This is their management shake up?

Celadon Group has announced changes in its top management and a new line of credit, noting that it expects to report a significant operational loss for the first quarter of the year.

The company has promoted Jonathan Russell to president and chief operating officer of Celadon Group, overseeing trucking operations. He had been the president of Celadon Logistics since 2010 and has been with Celadon since 2002. Eric Meek, Celadon’s previous president and COO, has resigned to pursue other interests, according to a Celadon press release.

Also, after all the buying up of little companies the past few years, now it's this?

Bobby Peavler, Celadon’s chief financial officer, said Celadon is looking at selling off parts of its business, though he did not provide specifics.

“We are in discussions with multiple parties on multiple transactions at this time,” Peavler said.

?? Why? Ive got 12 years experience otr with only 2 companies; no dings on my dac, no tickets, driver of the month twice at each company.. i think if i wanted too i could find employment almost anywhere.. just because i chose to work for mega carriers( for many reasons) doesnt mean im less employable.. geez

I'm just wondering here - but are you entirely sure that you know how much total experience you have?
