I learned quite a bit,we had to go through Colorado and Utah regulations line by line and then there were the map requirements for CA,CO,PA,UT.Also insurance and I have discovered what a bear that is so I was glad he spent a lot of time on that. About 25% of the class failed the exam and that was after paying the fee for the class so what you're saying is flat out wrong.People did leave empty handed. We had four books mailed to us before the class which we had to read before coming to the class and they were all very technical. As bad as reading thruogh the FMC safety regulations. He warned us ahead of time that the failure rate for his class was increasing so we better pay attention.
