In a calmer sense, if someone has the resources ( money... and a server supported in a quality data center like level 3 or other...) you can build a blacklist against trouble shippers?
This is a free country, instead of ranting with profanity... think carefully about how to do this in this brave new world of the internet.

Dishonest dealers are everywhere. They simply should not be in the business. Everyone wants to benefit from car hauler, cause car hauler is not expected to have general knowledge of rights, law. They think car hauler will take #### from anyone, but in fact they are wrong. We do not take sh&& from nobody. We can make their business suffer if they are dishonestly wrong to usx1Heavy Thanks this. -
If he is very reputable dealer , tell him you are going to leave as much possible reviews over Internet as possible . Google him and check , some of them care a lot about rating .
Let's say " COMPLETELY DISSATISFIED WITH TRANSACTION , DISHONEST DEALER " will scare potential buyers.
Worked for me many times . As I mentioned before whenever you make a pic with smartphone , it's always in pic details ( exact time and date ) if it's before you checked the vehicle out , you should be good .
Broker won't do anything as well as filing claim .... I have been through this .
Other option to take another car for this dealer from someone's account . Works very well , later dealer will be calling you to resolve all payment issues and have the car deliveredx1Heavy Thanks this. -
I have got to get my glasses changed. I thought the title was "STRIPPER won't pay, and makes ridiculous claim." Makes all the sense now.passingthru69 Thanks this.

Go to dealer, make sure he sees you, pay him the 100.00. Get paid for transport in cash, then take big hammer and break windshield. Not the correct approach, but you will feel better.
Terry270 Thanks this. -
"If I have to pay for it, I'm going to get my money's worth!"Terry270 and passingthru69 Thank this.

We all learn as we go. Dealers don't have any bond and they well know what hassle it is to file for a law suit. COD ONLY. Then... Prey for luck. At this point i guess you are screwed and just need to move on. I have been through the cases where i proved to my cargo that we are innocent and they would still pay without demanding the deductible or letting me know. For them it was easier to a couple of hundred dollars instead of spending hours for investigation. I ditched them and found out afterwords. Anyways, i would suggest suck it up and move on. A lot of #### will happen along the way and you will get smarter.

If you're an owner operator you need to be in communication with your own attorney for legal problems

And never ever deliver a COD without getting payment before anything comes off your truck.
Badmon and passingthru69 Thank this.
