Two False logbook tickets how can I fight it?

Quit breaking the fooking law and getting caught, that's how you save your lic. If you aint smart enough to bend the rules and not get caught then don't bend them.

 

Lots of luck.If lawyer feels its your fault he may not take your case.One false violation I can understand but two?What else is on your record that wasn't your fault?

 

Any CSA points assessed stay there even if you go to court and beat the ticket. The D.O.T considers CSA to be non-punitive. So they don't feel it is necessary to remove negative info from the records. There is a process for disputing them, but it relies on the officer who did the inspection to admit he made a mistake and retract. An officer will seldom, if ever do that. The only thing that will fix CSA points for the most part is time.

 

Grab a cruise ship To Veracruz or something this time of year. Remember Hurricane Seson in 3 weeks give or take.

Staying 6 months to a year at sea does wonders for the points

 

Here's a thought. Have you considered running legal? I know it's mind boggling and all, but it's something to think about.
