    My husband just received a $45 overweight ticket in Maryland but we're from NY. No inspection. Will he get any points on his MVR or CSA? Thanks in advance.

    I'm actually shocked. 45 bucks? And here I've obsessively tried to never be overweight on any axle thinking it's like. 1000+ fine. Lol no more scaling loads for me.
