One month experience, Florida, and home weekly is a tough order to fill. Check out Venture Logistics as they hire from the whole state, train, and advertise home on weekends. Also, WELL Companies hires from central FL but I don't know about hometime. Finally, Marten has a Terminal in Tampa that seems to be always hurting for drivers. The recruiter advertises southeast only. Don't go to a mega unless you absolutely have to.

Swift is in ocala
Dedicated walmart in Lakeland.. But home every week ...8hrs driving and tired. Otr is out of the question imo.
Dedicated...or local job. OR....otr 6 months until you have enough experience.
In from daytona beach btw -
I can drive OTR no problem. But the problem was being stuck in Traffic for 3 hours. Just sitting there and stop traffic moving every 5 minutes is kind of boring. I usually run 9/10 hour days but on that day I was just tired from just sitting in the traffic and not moving. On top of that getting a huge migraine from the frustration of being in that kind of traffic.

Who did you drive for the one month if you don't mind sharing?
