    Good evening all!! I'm in the 3rd month of a 6 month cdl driving program. I am practicing straight line backing at the moment. I haven't applied to any companies because I need to hear from actual truckers. My first question is: What trucking company would you suggest a new truck driver apply to? I have more questions but that will be at a later time. Thanks.

    NewTrucka, i assume u went to all state, great program, i went there, dont miss any school.
    welcome to the forum, youll find pretty much all the answers to your question here, there are a lot of helpful people here wanting to help you.
    stay away from the usuals that youll see every month at school, they are no good,
    so, sit down and read the night away here and enjoy.

    Depends where you live and how often you need to be home.Do you like long haul trucking or short haul? Team driving or solo?Male or Female? Do you want to run hard and make money or set around truck stops and complain ?
