Why do think there is a difference if you lease a truck? There isn't, Just because you take on some of the truck cost will not make you more hireable.

 

Still gonna have to have someone hire you on. Unless you have the cash to float your expenses to start up

 

You'd be better off running a rock bucket for those couple years.

If it's more than 5 years you have a good chance of getting a job, if it is anything crazy no one touch you period

Look into PTL I know we hire with criminal records. I advise not to lease with us tho
