European trucks travel at a lower speed therefore crash at a lower speed .. I think a lot of fires are due to poor driver training I see many trucks with a smoking brake and even some with all the trailer brakes smoking .. guys don't pay attention to air gauges and are clueless sometimes that they have a major air leak and some just don't release the brakes and drive
