If that's you in the Avatar pic...you've never seen, been to, or even knew anyone in a POW camp. Probably not even a Veteran. Shame on you for lying...and the day before Veteran's Day too.

I worked for them in 2016. pay no attention to what their recruiter says, hes a paid company liar. their management style is to use you to to maximize their profit, your loss is their gain. they don't even send you a Christmas card or a Christmas party. I took one of their loads on dec 22 to a Pennsylvania ford plant, I delivered on time dec 23 , ad said there wasn't a return load avlb to get me home for Christmas. they offered me 2 choices// wait there until dec 26 for a reload or deadhead back to Michigan for free// meaning no pay for a full days of driving. I talked to the ford shipping foreman and he told me that ford payed for that load roundtrip ,ford payed ad for that load roundtrip both ways. and ad transport refused to pay me ,,to get me home. that shows you what filth they are.. you owe me money for driving for you.. you scumbags

I remember back when I worked there and Hurricane Sandy happened there were no loads going back from New Jersey. I deadheaded back and got paid like normal. It wasn't for hometime though.

I spent 6 years at ad got paid for every single mile I ran and never had a problem getting home for the holidays. There were plenty of times I ran a load from the prc to Winchester loaded going out and empty coming back and I got paid both ways. Somebody's not being 100% honest. If I hadn't bought a truck I'd still be at ad. Their a good company and I was treated with the respect I deserved as a professional.

I worked for a.d in the past. During hurricane Sandy I was in Florida with a load headed into Sandy's path. They paid for me a hotel in Florida and paid layover. I was always home when I wanted. Always had miles. When the transmission failed in my old truck I was in Indianapolis. Broke shifting fork only had 9 gears was able to limp to truck stop, they brought me a different truck by wrecker to deliver my load went to canton met the owner he told me I would be paid hourly for waiting for truck to get there. I was paid from time I called to the time I received truck. About 12 hrs. They were a very good company. They always had my back if problems happened an I needed home on short notice they made it happen. I'm owner op now for a different company but if I ever went back to dry van company they would be top of list to go back to.

$500 escrow? Not uncommon, no big deal. Unpaid work? If that happens all you do is tell the company that you expect the money within the week ,or you're walking. They will pay it and never mess with you again. I've had to do that with companies before.

The first amendment means that the GOVERNMENT cannot persecute you for saying things, it does NOT apply to your employer! ( of course you cannot yell "fire" in a crowded theatre, that's unsafe.) This is very basic knowledge. I do not believe A.D. called your mother. I'm quite sure you mean nothing to them, like a fly to be swatted. It is NOT creepy at all to research your posts. I fully expect and would encourage people to research my posts. That's like saying your girlfriends long history of cheating isn't relevant, and you shouldn't research it. You got caught being a job-hopping whiner, and now you are all butthurt about it. No one in my fifteen years of driving has talked to me like you say A.D. did, except for Covenant years ago when I was too green to know that I did not have to tolerate that abuse. I vowed to never allow it again, and I haven't. Why won't you tell us where you work now? A.D. can't get you fired, and they don't even think about you anyway. I think you are full of ####.

If you really think a $500 escrow is uncommon, that only shows how little you know about this business. I have seen many drivers basically destroy a truck within six monthes inside and out, and then whine about not getting their last check. You live in the truck just like an apartment , which also requires a security deposit. One company I worked for kept $1000! I returned the truck to them spotlessly clean and shined inside and out. Guess what ? One week later they gave me a check for $1000. Drivers who are lazy and late all the time are definitely treated badly as they should be. Drivers who do JUST enough not to be fired make me sick.
