Thing is the owner of your company is making bank on premium rates running into the NE.
He needs to allow some of that to trickle down to you as the guy putting in the work and make it so your wage is commensurate with what it was running to the west coast.
Somehow I don't think that will happen though. A lot of these company owners can't see the forest for the trees and are willing to allow good producers go on what they deem is "principle".
I wish you well however it works out.

I used to get colds or the flu several times a year. Last time I was sick was three and a half years ago. That was around the time I started drastically changing my diet. Most of what I eat is raw fruits and vegetables. I eliminated bread, soda pop, and simple carbohydrates or sugar of any kind. My sense of taste changed. The thought of ice cream or anything sweet repels me today.
Dropped 40 lbs in six months. Dropped blood pressure and resting heart rate dramatically. Went from prediabetic to the doctor saying, "What the #### did you do"? -

223 today. The Delaware Memorial Bridge was closed southbound today and that really screwed stuff up. Then my reload took way to long so I got kind of the same deal as before...short clock and Baltimore and D.C. rush hour in front of me and piss poor parking prospects...so I shut it down with about 2 hours left on my 14. Currently I have less than 1000 miles for the week despite delivering two loads and picking up a third. Got 460 to this delivery which will have me just under 1500 for the week...with a slow looming weekend in front of me. This is just plain old depressing. On the positive side I've had no run ins with DOT, but I haven't been moving around much either.
Hope y'all are doing better.

So here we go again. 77S in NC, 99 yardstick. Looks like several hours to clear a big Charlie Foxtrot. Can't catch a break.
