Western Express lease purchase

OP quit Western and turned his truck in. He's looking for a company job now (per his last update on a thread in Owner Op section). L/P claims another one.

 

I can tell you western express lease purchase sucks. I just broke my lease a couple days ago. First off I don't know how the flatbed side works. I ran dry van. You need to watch the video on YouTube by midnight mannero. He explains how he lease purchase is. I experienced the same thing he did.

I worked for a month without pay. They ran me just enough to pay for fuel and cover my insurances and that was it. 2500 miles in 14 days was all I got.

This thread is intersting i have paid a truck off in Lp here and am in a second one now. 70 percent LP side van. Last check was 3200 net tomorrows will be 1120 had a short week last week took three days off. It works for some not o much for others and there are many many reasons why

 

Oh i wont up dates when he sees for him self like driver said .90 per mile what a joke that is i make $1.90 on a bad day so knock your self out super trucker

So why don't explain the does & don'ts for your fellow L/P driver so they can be successful like you

 

first off demand to get a truck through a third party like quality that way you get paid 70% of load and pick your load instead of l/p one of they're trucks at .95 cpm and yes they will do that for you.

 

if you payed off one lp truck why did you do a second one?just asking.

 

I work Monday-Friday and I'm home every night with Western. I only use 3 brokers for my freight. It's been pretty good for me.
