    We must be interpreting it differently; here's what I see;

    "CFI offers several routes to becoming a professional over-the-road (OTR) driver. We’ll help you start the process, whether or not you have already earned your Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL)."
    plus
    "With a 12-month commitment to drive for CFI, qualified students can now receive fully paid tuition to attend driving school in Missouri. We’ll even cover your room and board for the duration of the four-week course."

    This company has a real good reputation, so at least call and ask.

    CRST has a big terminal in MA. If you can grit your teeth and handle 10 months driving teams as part of the training. After 10 months you can leave with a nice new cdl and no debt.

    Having a Restraining Order in effect, (whether it's a Criminal or Civil in nature) is not a conviction of a crime so it does not need to be disclosed in a Employment Application.

    A word to the wise, next time don't ignore a summons for one, as it's a chance to defend yourself and trying to contest one or have one removed after the fact is not so easy.

    Also Restraining Orders can be renewed, so when it comes close to the expiration date, start monitoring your Case Number online as she may try to renew it and you do need to be served in person and in the meantime, do not ever contact or respond to any communication from her as you can be arrested for Violation of a Restraining Order, which is a Misdemeanor.
