Potential civil lawsuit against Stevens Transport & Hireright

i received a ticket for waving at a police officer in Wyoming and i had to go through additional training even though the ticket had no speed amount or anything else on it. i still have the ticket. when my now hubby and i were driving as a team they told us that the truck would run 24/7 and we were not allowed to do laundry, get something to eat, or just spend some time off of the truck. when we told them that we are not going to run 24/7 they started giving us small runs that a single driver could do. we were apart of the so called Alliance team at the time so by the time that they took out their money we had nothing left for us to pay our single bill and our child support that we both had to pay at the time.
we were on a nice run from California to Florida and on the way there they said come in and be apart of our fracking team. this would be a nice change for us. but after a week on the yard we were told that we did not qualify because as they said we had some late deliveries, but those deliveries were given to us on a short schedule and would be late not matter what, but since we took the load it was against us for being late.
I had 3 training drivers the first was always on his phone and said that he was only there for the money and that if i needed help then i would have to wait till he was done talking to his wife then he would help me. thank goodness my tooth acted up and had to get my tooth taken out which i paid for out of pocket even though I was supposed to be under the company medical. i was given no pay for the time that i had to be out because of my tooth.
my second trainer driver tried to get into my pants even though he knew that i was not interested. it was not until the day that i told him to stop and ran out of the truck into the truck stop that he finally stopped. this trainer driver only takes women onto his truck because as he puts it its free safe sex and they don't want to say anything because they are scared and they are there to learn and don't think that they can say anything, although there have been over 5 women that reported this trainer and nothing has been done with him and he still is training for the company.
my third trainer driver is the best one yet and i could not have asked for a better trainer. that is all that i have to say about this third trainer he is the bomb and you could not ask for anybody else.

look up the definition of the age of consent. I looked it up and this is what i found.
The age of consent is gender neutral and applies the same to both heterosexual and homosexual conduct. Like many other states, Texas does not enforce harsh penalties for individuals who has sex with someone under 17 as long as that person is not more than 3 years older than the minor.

 

First of all, Wikipedia isn't a valid source. It's edited by literally anyone. You or I could go in right now and change the information but I see your point. For actual laws one needs to see the state in questions legal code concerning the matter.

Also, "Age of Consent" laws are only the rock bottom age the state gives permission to have sexual activity at. It's the total age gap and relationship between the two concerning sexual partners that really matters. I'm fairly certain the trainer was well outside that age difference from where I'm sitting. That's where the "Romeo and Juliet" laws come to play. I'd be willing to bet he would have charges filed on him in most states.

I personally would never let my daughter have sex with a grown man nor would she be gangbanging either and even though I disagree with the her worthless parents giving the ok (if that's even true) it's her kid, not mine. Barring any of this information, this is a family matter and the state shouldn't have any right to tell a parent how to raise their kids. I do agree that he's a total POS and should have his head kicked in just like the girl's "mother" should be stomped. Again though in the end it's their business...not ours.

 

In a manner they do. It's called a visit from the "we're here to help you" folks at DCFS.. A visit that no parent wants.

 

I know. It's a double edged sword. What gives some government official to determine how someone raises their own kin? Some things are obvious but in the end the waters are very murky.
