I just think everyone is making to big a deal of the escrow. How many companies pay .05/mile paid every month? I've always gotten paid what I was owed at AD

 

HI Super flow have you even worked for AD before?

 

I worked there 4 1/2 years and like I've said before it was mostly positive. This was before the whole fleet was on e - logs and other changes like cameras so can't really say what they are like now. I never felt like the company was deliberately deceiving drivers. I don't think I would ever go back though . I am opposed to driver facing cameras.

 

To superflow, where do you get "all these new TTR members" I've been a member for 8 years and mp8327 has been one for over 3. I've said in the past on here that A.D. was not a good company to work for, but they did give me back me $500 with interest I might add

 

I've been on TTR over 5yrs

 

I just took a job with A.D. , I have talked with many drivers here, and with a few drivers before I even came here, and none of them were complaining. I'm starting at .44 with .05 paid on every mile if I have no safety or log issues . After one year the base goes to .48 + .05. I could care less about $500 in escrow. Not a problem. You see, I actually DO MY JOB. I actually run and don't whine constantly. I actually keep a spotless truck. I report issues immediately. I talk to people with respect, and I get it back. This forum has a lot of very transparent lazy whiners on it. Some people think the world owes them a living. Good drivers like me have to deal with a lot of rules and micromanagement that only exists because of worthless scumbag whiners. I start tomorrow, I will start a new thread and let you know how it goes.

 

it's another way for a company to rip drivers off cause when you had enough of they're bs and quit doubt you'll get that money back.

 

lol I would never work for a mega and guarantee if I wanted I'd be hired by AD.See my license is clean and have 23 years driving and I refuse to pay an escrow I'm not no sheep!

 

I've paid escrow in the past. No big deal. I got it all back EVERY SINGLE TIME. Not worried at all.
