I don't think Mark is a bad guy at all. He was really concerned that it got out to me with the buttons intermittently working and really wanted me to send it back so he could take care of it. Problem is, I didn't want to be without the radio for another month. So... I fixed it myself.

He even called me a few times after that to see how the radio was doing and if I was still liking it.

So far, no problems with the radio since. It gets plenty of compliments on how good and clear it sounds and I've verified it myself by recording it from another vehicle at some distance away. Even with the power turned all the way up and the mic gain wide open, it's crystal clear. And that's the bottom line.

He's ok, no issues with him just yanking your chain but others who sell his services, well ....

 

Mark is not a BADD person I don't ever remember anyone saying he is..... VERY ARROGANT OH YEAH
