I bet if you look at the active ingredients list, it contains the same stuff as Benadryl... I once checked out several of those "sleep aid" products and one would be surprised just how many contain "diphenhydramine HCI 25 mg"... which is Benadryl...

I use it for allergies so I just buy 600 tablets of generic diphenhydramine at Sam's Club for like $10... and then I use it for a sleep aid when needed too.

Some people don't respond well to it so it's usefulness and/or side effects varies with some users but works wonders for me most of the time.

    Stay Safe,

Mine was due Monday also but got rid of it an hour ago. I hustled back to the yard hoping the truck wash guys would be there, but no sign of them. The new wash Bay looks functional, but it, like the old Bay, is locked.

Truck could really use a wash. I now have to use my fueling gloves to open the door to get in so my hands don't get filthy. Oh well, only 7k until my next PM/truck wash.

I dropped my trailer on the yard, then went and talked to Don. He took me off the load I had (which is to be delivered by noon on Monday about 2 miles from the yard) and gave me a Hill-Phoenix load due in the Atlanta area Monday night. So I get my 34 and I got a nice load waiting for me when I get back.

All the bobtail parking spots on the yard were taken, so I bobtailed back to my apartment. The joys of living close to the yard are without number.

At least one of us wanting a reset got it. :(

I have a CT load due Monday morning and not regaining enough hours to get back out of the NE.

Hometime is 10 days away and its the first time since I've been here that I am looking forward to getting out of the truck for no other reason than I will be able to break the trickling recap hour cycle.

A few days ago a US Express driver approached me at a truck stop asking about the company. I tried selling it as best as I could, not because of any referral, but just to get him hired on so we won't be short of drivers. We certainly have plenty of trucks available judging by all the tractors piled high on the yard.

If my trainee hits one more hole on 40 in Arizona they'll have another truck to fill. Is it possible he's doing it on purpose? At what point does someone realize maybe I should move this round thing I'm holding.

He wants you to upgrade him just to get him off the truck. ;)

More likely he doesn't feel too confident weaving even within the lane. A few more miles under his belt and he will be bobbing, weaving and straddling the shoulder fog line like the rest of us.

My first reaction was "It's possible to NOT hit the holes on I-40?"

Then I saw it was Arizona, not Oklahoma or Arkansas. So I got nothin'.
