Still sitting here at home. Tomorrow I'll be driving to freightliner to have words with them face to face! This Shizz is getting ridiculous. They've had the truck now for a week and haven't really worked on it!
FullMetalJacket Thanks this. -
Tear them a new one, bud.
This has gone on far too long. Especially after you have a tech that has finally confirmed issues first hand.
If they don't finally resolve, I really think it's time to finally lawyer up.
Sitting in Lusk, WY.
Going local native style, total population 1000 or so....(count includes cemetary residents, ya' know....... no joke!)

Well a quick update on my truck. After going down to freightliner and beating a few heads together they finally got working on my truck and I got answers to why it's taking so long.
First, after they measured my drive line angles again today and confirmed they are all fracked up, they called freightliner tech support to confirm what they were getting was correct and freightliner support said it's fracked up and they need to check the rear axle hangers and shims to make sure it's all correct! Downside is we have to wait until Thursday morning to look at that.
This is also where I found out they only have 2 technicians that can do this work and one is also there transmission guy and has been swamped dealing with transmissions and the other guy only works Wednesdays thru Sunday.
What a joke this feels like right now!
Hopefully they'll find out more tomorrow and if it'll be a simple fix. On the plus side it's all warranty work! -
I'm somewhere in Missouri, getting unloaded.
I have yet to get a load that goes west of Denver. Not even in training. Hoping that changes soon, should probably learn how to drive the big boy mountains. Most mountainous driving I've done is I 17 down to Phoenix.
