That applies to US inbound from Canada and Mexico, does not as the title implies for inbound Canadian shipments.

I can't find the Canadian version of that publication but here is the Michigan version

Thanks for pointing that out. I inserted wrong link. That Michigan link is a good one, too. I almost included it, originally - tho' it says Michigan, it pretty much applies to all.
