Estes doesn't pay overtime til 55. And trust me. They'll see to it that you'll be clockin out at 54.9. I'm not sure on XPO's overtime policy. I left Estes after almost 7 years just recently. Depending on position you'll be home every night/day whatever. Unless your wanting to run the road with them. And you'll get the ever living $&@% micro managed out of you. Also they are getting cameras installed in their trucks next month. Forward facing tho I do believe. But other than that if you can fly under the radar and don't clobber anything you should be alright. What area are you in if you don't mind my asking?

I'm in OKC. Xpo made me an offer today $21.30 an hour. Of course I'll start off on the flex board with them, like I probably would with any ltl outfit. Xpo pays overtime after 50. But I figure most ltl companies it's rare to get ot.

Thanks. I do have an interview with Estes tomorrow and would like to see what they have to offer. Why did you leave Estes?

Yeah cameras got installed out here in Sacramento last month, but here in CA we get the it after 48, still only get 2 personal/sick days a year, but they don't cut you off at 47, no we get run up the 70 #### near, "driver shortage" blah blah, there basically throwing the money at us, and I got my hands out with a basket. Talked to the "Conway" (xpo) guys they got it pretty good out here too.

Haha hands out with a basket. Yea good call man. Get while the gettin is good. I hated the 2 personal/sick day rules. That barely covers yourself aside from anything that might pop up with kiddos. And I forgot you westerners get OT after 48, I take it that is still implemented from G.I.?
