Hey dave in az, if you use the transflo app on phone you should have no problems, as it asks you to fill in freight bill # truck and trailer. You just got to make your cut off day:
if your paid on thursday bills got to be in tuesday by lunch eastern time, everynow and then they will still process your bills late on your cut off day: very rarely does settelments make a mistake

Cutoff was at least a day early thanks to the 4th. Go into loads, then processed loads and see if it's listed twice. If it is, it is received. If you got it in before cutoff, they will pay you immediately when you call, but it's going to be the 5th of July.

I'm looking at the scan cover sheet. In the freight bill number box, where you color in the bubbles, there are 7 boxes. FB is 6 numbers. I used the first 6 boxes. You watch , they gonna say should have been 0 in first box. -

What really frosts my cookies about this; is that I couldn't access the payroll page a few days ago, the lady that is my "advisor" or whatever you call it, tells me you can only access statement data the day before your payday, and the actual payday.
Does that sound correct?
That certainly seems strange to me.
I'm very good at heading off trouble, and making sure things are the way they are supposed to be. So today I look, have access, it's F/ up, and everyone is gone for two days.
Gee why am I pissed off?
I went 700 F miles to get a trailer, to the pit of Utah on a Friday, where there is NOTHING, ok, waited til Monday got this load that is now not processed, got past all that, got good load now, and more booked.
But now, somehow the payroll is lost, not even lost, just no one to give the number to, and no way to check until today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
WTF???????????????????????
I mean I have bills. I've never not paid anyone on time in my life. I can't F around here. How am I supposed to make sure this doesn't happen again? -
Have been with Landstar for over a year now and have never had a problem with getting paid on time. I would just check with them and find out where the problem was. It probably has to do with the holiday and the shifted cutoff day.

I'm going to say that you did something wrong. If you scanned after 1400est you were past the cutoff, although I've snuck bills in past that. Use the Transflo app, LScode is LCSI. You get a confirmation email when LS gets it that way. Holidays happen all through the year, plan accordingly.
