Depends on if I you know the lights going to change right away. If you catch a fresh long one and drive in overly congested red light scattered area everyday im sure to pull my air brake sometimes as well to catch a break... All depends on the scenerio. Driver fatigue, area driven, light longevity, etc etc. Im usually slowed down and coasting to the light in nuetral or slowly downshifting at medium to low rpms timing it out just right then slide into low gear to keep momentum when loaded or light and time it just right to not come to a complete stop by the time it turns green again. Stay rolling. Less clutch ware, less fatigue, less shifting. Real drivers understand what Im saying
Neutral or in gear at long stop light
