Dude just work off the board new mc insurance in NJ is about 20k
TmGM and Highway_Executive Thank this. -
MC # or not, $1.15 is plain stupid. You will go broke in no more than three months. I would have thought you would have figured your mileage rate minimum before even thinking of buying a truck.
KB3MMX, Highway_Executive and bulldawg trucker Thank this. -
Do you have a trailer and if so why type? Have you ran on your on yet? Even If if you don't have your on trailer I am wondering why we are having this conversation? With your own authority you could use the boards and maybe a broker or two and even if you had to take the left overs you could do a hell of a lot better than that. Even if you factored for a year. Unless you got an insane quote?
Even if you do decide leasing on is best there are a lot better options than that out there. -
Thanks for all the replys anybody knmow any goo. Companies to sign on too

Thanks appreciate the info but no I don't have a trl, just a tractor

What kind of truck do you have? What type do trailer? What kind of freight do you want? What's your experince level? I will honestly try to help you but to be honest, I hope you got thick skin cause this thread most likely ain't going to turn out well.
-
Ok what kind of set up do you have? What kind of freight are you wanting to get into?
-
And not having a trailer doesn't exclude you from running on your authority. There is power only options out there and trailer rentals.
Rackpass 85 Thanks this.
