If its hot enough outside and you're running the A/C full blast it might not get cool enough to shut off. My guess is thats the case aling with the radiators needing the air side cleaned to remove all the dirt so the air can pass thru.

Is there a switch to turn it on manually? If not srart with the fan clutch relay and then move on to coolent temp sensors, a/c pressure switches, and possibly even EGR coolent temp sensors as something is telling it to turn on. Might have to find a place to get into the ecm and see what its saying.
