Wonder why he told the driver to take it to freightliner? That's probably why he isn't there. He's at a navistar dealer.

CoyoteExpress, rank, JPenn and 2 others Thank this.

year make model color trk # and a business name might help. how many freightliner shops are in the San Diego area, and why hasn't the driver checked in? did he abandon the rig?

I've crossed paths with a few who bailed after sitting a week without a motel shower etc

    rabbiporkchop and G13Tomcat Thank this.

The OP's screen name is Amcan Transport LLC....based on that, my investigation concludes it is an Amcan Transport LLC. truck. A look at their web site shows (if they're being truthful) that they run ALL 2016 International ProStar's...white in color w/red lettering. Truck number unknown.
Apparently the OP will not be back to update us, let alone clarify any confusions and/or answer any questions.
Without clarity here @Amcan Transport LLC I highly doubt anyone will be able to help you---nobody is calling the cops on EVERY Amcan truck they see....that would be ridiculous.

Not much of a backround check on your employees.

Hope the guy don't use this truck to do bad things! And the owner didn't do a back ground check? Wow that's a bad mistake in our day in time.

There is no point calling the law. I doubt the truck is even in these United States. Call Customs and see if it passed the border yet? Vin number etc.

If you got a driver using the truck as a secret party pad unauthrozed use etc you can cruicify him using DAC, PSP etc. It will be a very long time before anyone hires him. Technically you can have him arrested.

Today is sunday, since wed. Have you found another truck to fill in as a replacement so you can keep your business going?

Finally but not last, if you are not using the Qualcomm satelltie system on that truck of yours that went missing what are you doing trying to save 5000 dollars when 150,000 dollars of equiptment goes buh-bye?

Pay him, then maybe you can find your truck.
