Hey everyone, DTS, Inc. here!

We came across this thread while researching OURSELVES on Google, and holy smokes. To say we're beside ourselves over here in Billings is an understatement.

To anyone who's posted in this thread who feels like DTS has done them wrong:
We want to make it right! As one poster mentioned above, any company has its blind spots and failed policies, and the best anyone can do is try to be better. Seriously, reach out to us!

To anyone who found this thread on Google like we did:

Absolutely. Being the best we can requires that level of commitment and more. Our first responsibility is to our employees, and next to our clients.

After all, if we don't do our best to take care of our people, they won't be around to take care of our customers.
