UPS Driver in a Hurry Near Killed Everyone In His

uh from what i just saw, the UPS driver passed a truck, and got on up the road. i saw no one being forced off the road,(ahead of the truck he just passed) i saw no one pulled over, nothing.......how did this UPS driver nearly kill everyone in his way..????

They checked into it internally, trust me. They might even take action against the driver if they find cause. Your main complaint seems to be aggravation that they aren't filling you in on the process.

They won't do that. You made your complaint. It sucks that driver pulled a bonehead move on you and it sounds like you're justified in your annoyance, but the only thing that got hurt was your feelings. They have no obligation to include you any further.

Honestly? Get a dash cam. Video would be more effective than one word against another.

How can you claim that an Estes driver "nearly" killed you when there was no collision? Don't be so dramatic!

 

Nobody likes a rat. I highly doubt this occured as you describe and so do the people your trying to reach.

 

Had you got ahold of estes there's nothing they could have done without a trk or trailer number time it happened and the exact location.You're fine no damage move on.

 

I agree...had the one truck not hit the shoulder, parts of bodywork would have been removed.

 

I've emailed co's about wreckless drivers and several emailed me back stating thanks for the info that they will take care of it..
