Any new part with have an oil film on it from the manufacturing process. This is what you are likely seeing, but also could be heat. You need two people, one to snap the throttle all the way and the other watch for puffs of black smoke.
Mike MM Thanks this. -
truck is at International shop .They say it is my charge air cooler is that possible or am I wasting money ?
-
Testing is pretty basic. You remove the air the air pipes, cap one end and pressure test the other to 20 psi or so and check for leaks. Air to air do fail, the welds crack and cause big leaks.

Will it cause exhaust in cab?

Can it cause exhaust to get into cab

3,000.00 and still have fumes getting into cab .Is there anything that can detect a leak ? Any more ideas.

I'd suggest taking a mechanic or someone with you for a quick road test to confirm it is exhaust you are smelling. Something isn't right here.

Having same problem don't want to spend money that don't need to spend.
Overhaul on motor right now as we speak.
