I got backed into, and it got heated.

I bought the ACME Neutronic Plasma Shield (from ACME Corporation in Walla Walla, WA) a few years ago, and now sleep like a baby while parked in truck stops. No external objects can penetrate the shield so, no worries. I don't even hesitate parking on the end next to a narrow aisle. But it drains the batteries quick and I have to run the APU full time to keep it activated. It also confuses some drivers because of it's tendency to create a hologram effect on hot days.

ACME has all sorts of neat stuff. Much better than Sharper Image

The guy that took off my mirror hopped out lifting his arms at me like "WHAT DID YOU DO!?"

Luckily it was at the receiver and I just pointed at the security camera. Got his info and he handed me his phone so his boss could ask me to settle under the table. I said I'd be happy to but it's up to my company, haha. Jackoff's.

 

We were two flatbeds ravens covered wagons. One of us had a flat.

We pulled into I think the TA in the old exit three in western PA off 80. Then we parked neatly together in front of the beautiful tire counter.

And it went downhill from there. It took about 200 miles or so before the tears of laugher stopped flowing.

 

I don't call that flipping out. I refer to it as "tuning someone in" sounds a little more mature lol

I was sleeping in the Ontario, Ca TA when I felt bang! Then, bang! And before I could get out ... Bang!!! Wtf??? He tried to back into the space next to me and hit me 3 times before he even cared enough to get out and look... the passenger side of my truck looked like an accordion! Smooooossshhhh! Steps all gone, as well... ughhhhhhhhh! I ended up using girlie repair supplies( duct tape and zip ties with 4 bungee cords ) to strap it all together until I could get to our Laredo yard a few weeks later to get it repaired.. those 3 weeks Sucked! All you guys kept teasing me about how girls can't drive without tearing up our equipment! I needed one of those huge bandaids to put on over there with a huge sign that said:" Swift driver with 1 month experience did this to me: and he was male!" Thank the good Lord, I have a dash cam that caught the whole thing on camera....
