    Hello everyone,

I need help. I got my EIN and my LLC open.
Yesterday I was looking to apply for my MC Number (here) but its asking to pay $600. My question. Its that the correct way ?

    About me:
    SOLO DRIVER
    1 TRUCK
    1 INSURANCE
GENERAL CARGO - CAR MAYBE ? - BUT MUST OF THE TIME GENERAL STUFF.
    1 INSURANCE
    1 MAN AND GOD !

Here is the message from (FMCSA has determined the Applicant will operate as Intermodal Equipment Provider, For Hire Property Carrier General Freight, Private Property Motor Carrier General Freight, Property Freight Forwarder General Freight, Driveaway/Towaway . To proceed with submitting the Applicant's application an application fee of $600 is required. )

    Correct ?

    1 - LLC
    2 - MC
    3 - Truck
    4 - Insurance

    get to work.

It looks like you checked too many authority types. Go back into your application and uncheck everything except common carrier general freight. Your fee should be $300.

    BrazucaNY Thanks this.

Oh, you can't go to work until after your authority goes active, that can take from around two weeks or more after your insurance is posted with the FMCSA. I heard about a couple of guys that took about five weeks to go active.

    BrazucaNY Thanks this.
