Cool, now show us your fuel breakdown Mr. 68. I'd love to see that ATBS statement that shows us what percentage of your revenue is going out the window.

Impressive

Actually I think he said $27.50.I had an interview awhile back that's how I know.May not seem like much to you but here that's dam good money.
-
That seems like quite a bit to me, and is certainly nothing to sneeze at, IMO.
-
Horse Cove, KY had a sign looking for temporary feeder drivers up to 32 an hour.
-
I spoke to a few drivers while getting interviewed. They work hard no doubt about that.I applied for a residential driver. You have 75 stops a day and must know all the addresses within 3 days.
-
WM doesn't want you emptying your piss bottles and throwing your trash in parking lot. Stay at a truck stop
-
75? I thought it was more.

Lets do some arithmetic. Lets say I cut back to 62mph. At 68 I can run about 400 more miles per week than I can at 62. That equates to 456$ in revenue. You think I'm burning an extra 456$ in fuel per week running 68? No I'm burning about 150$ extra. Running slow only pays if dispatch is going to have you sitting. Running my 70 out as fast as I do it pays to go fast.Last edited: Jul 13, 2017
