    I just graduated from CDL School this week and looking for a team OTR, I have pre-hire letters from Watkins/Shepard, Schneider, Werner, Swift, Covenant and CRST however I am open to work for most companys. I have hazmat, doubles/triples and tanker endorsements.

    Schneider and Werner do teams. Watkins not so sure but they require no sleeping in a truck with trainer to start out with. US Xpress also do teams and always sending me emails to team drive because that's all they offer in my state.

    TWT Refrigerated Service pays teams $.60 cpm.
    Abilene Motor Express has fast trucks @ 72 mph. They recently started hauling produce out of California to the East Coast.
