Until DOT is managed by truck drivers and not resume chasers (?), good luck explaining high accident rates are due to insane road designs, or the expensive proposition that we give road builders a level for their bulldozers and not just pave over existing terrain.
Record rains = record needed road repairs = record accidents unless public awareness is raised. Anything else is BS in my opinion.
The constant disrespect is really becoming an issue
