    On my doc report it said I side swapped a car. The lady toll the police she drove into the side of my truck , the lady receive the citation, how can I fix this on my doc report? If u hit a deer who ran in front of your truck do that belong on your dac report?

    As long as there IS an accident/incident, it goes on your DAC. Your only recourse is to write an explanation that is added to the original incident. IMO, in this case, it might not be the right thing to do.

    Do you have or can you get a copy of the accident report showing you not at fault? Dac is the same a a credit reporting agency. If you protest anything on your rport they are supposed to check on it.

    If a deer commits suicide by walking in front of your truck, or running into the side of it, it is usually considered a non-preventable. If you roll the truck trying to avoid the deer it will most likely be considered a preventable. These all will be added to your DAC report by most of the mega companies whether a police report or not. These would need to be reported on any new job applications. You need to get this taken care of as suggested.

    Send letter to HireRight and disputing it. Ask them to investigate pursuant to the Fair Credit Reporting Act. HireRight is required to mail to the reporting company and ask them to confirm, amend, correct, etc. If co. fails to respond to the inquiry within 30 days, off it goes from DAC Report.
